Rebecca Brookson

Rebecca Brookson has been passionate about connecting people with work and improving the candidate experience through Recruitment Marketing for over 25 years. As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Marketing and Communications leader with TTEC, her focus is on elevating the global employment brand in partnership with regional and social media Recruitment Marketing teams and recruiters. Her career journey began as a case manager at a halfway house where she discovered how finding a job empowers and changes lives. Her Recruitment Marketing career was launched as a founding team member of a 3-time consecutive Inc. 500 fastest-growing company.

Rebecca has her M.B.A and is an Executive Scholar Program Recipient from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona where she enjoys the desert vibe, cruiser bikes, the Phoenix Suns, and even the 100+ degree days.
