Megan Claar is the Recruitment Marketing and Employment Brand Manager at Sheetz, where she builds brand awareness and attracts top talent through creative, targeted recruitment campaigns. She leads a team responsible for designing and implementing strategies across digital channels, SMS campaigns, and social media. Currently, Megan is focused on crafting marketing campaigns that highlight Sheetz’s unique benefits to help extraordinary people find their “work fam.” Megan was named the Recruitment Marketer of the Year in the 2024 Rally Awards.
