Jonna Sjövall

Jonna Sjövall is the Global Head of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing at UBS. She joined UBS in 2019 after 12 years on the agency side and leads a global team who drives all Employer Branding and Recruitment marketing strategy and execution for the organization. Jonna’s role requires strong collaboration with various business, HR, branding, marketing and communications stakeholders across the company. Her team works in an agile way to stay as employer of choice in an ever-evolving and highly competitive global landscape, engage the workforce of the future with UBS bringing in a diverse group of talent to bring UBS forward.
