Ally Brown

Ally Brown is the Brand Manager for Employer Brand & Recruiting at VCA Animal Hospitals, a national leader in veterinary care that delivers world-class medicine to more than four million pets each year. In this role, she is building the employer brand from the ground up and will bring it to life through storytelling and employee advocacy. With over a decade of diverse marketing and employer brand experience across multiple industries, she has created sustainable results and award-winning programs for global companies by engaging the companies’ most powerful asset – their people. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with family – including her dog, of course.
